Orthotics & Inserts
Even if your feet are not hurting, they are always affecting your postural balance, and a misalignment of the feet can contribute to the following conditions:
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Low Back pain
- Hip pain
- Knee pain
- Ankle pain
- Shin splints
- Plantar fasciitis
Dr. Khoury corrects these issues by prescribing stabilizing orthotic shoe inserts made by Foot Levelers, which are uniquely able to reinforce all three arches of your feet and provide the highest level of support.
As a part of every new patient intake, our office uses a sophisticated scanning device to scan the soles of your feet and determine which areas of your feet are being stressed -- pronation, supination, fallen arches, hallux valgus, etc. This information helps Dr. Khoury predict the condition of your spine, hips, knees, and ankles. Dr. Khoury can also share this information with Foot Levelers to have orthotics custom-fitted to your unique profile.
If you think you may need orthotics, please let our front desk know, and they'll pass on your concern to the doctor.
